Aditi Gupta is currently completing her doctoral studies at Arizona State University and holds dual master's degrees from the University of Delhi and the University of Minnesota. She specializes in trauma psychotherapy and post-traumatic growth following stressful life events. She has conducted extensive work with the Indian Armed Forces through the DRDO, Ministry of Defence, and currently works with American military service members through the U.S. Department of Defense. A gold medalist from the University of Delhi, Ms. Gupta has received numerous government and international awards, is published in reputed American Journals, and has shared her expertise at various international conferences, including Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Washington, D.C.

I am currently working as a Senior Section Engineer in the Carriage and Wagon department of Indian Railways, where I focus on the maintenance, inspection, and improvement of rolling stock. My work plays a crucial role in improvement of both passenger and freight trains maintenance practices. As a proud alumnus of D C Model School 2011 batch, the education and skills I gained there have been instrumental in helping me contribute to one of the world’s largest rail networks.
